Yippee!

Yay! I got into Symphonic Band in Liberty, which is the second band, which is pretty good. So I’m happy.

But the awful thing was today’s percussion concert. ALMOST everthing in the beginning went okay. A color guard person dropped her rifle, but that was all that was bad.

Then we got to the last song, Brazil.

Brazil basically stank. A lot of the pit got off, I got off, Niveda got off, I think Jonathon got lost, Deja got lost, and others too. I don’t know who actually stayed on track.

Because i was listening to Deja when playing, I got off too, because she made a mistake. That’s my fault though. I should have been listening back.

Anyways, in Brazil, everyone was at different measures. it was really bad. i’m glad none of y’all came. But on the plus side, it only lasted fifteen minutes and only like 1/15 of the auditorium was filled. So nobody got to watch our catastrophe. my dad videotaped it though.
